Role Overview: We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team on a volunteer basis. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping our visual identity and enhancing our communication efforts through compelling graphics and visual content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design engaging and on-brand graphics for      a variety of media, including social media, websites, newsletters,      brochures, and presentations.
• Collaborate with the marketing and      communications team to develop visual content that supports our campaigns      and initiatives.
• Create and maintain a consistent visual      style that aligns with our brand guidelines.
• Assist in the development of promotional      materials and event graphics.
• Provide input on layout, typography, and      color theory to ensure high-quality visuals.
• Revise and update designs based on      feedback from team members and stakeholders.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines      simultaneously.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or      related field
• 2-4 years of experience in graphic design
• Proficiency in graphic design software      such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or other      relevant tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design skills      and creativity.
• Understanding of design principles,      typography, and color theory.
• Excellent attention to detail and      organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and      collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills and the      ability to interpret and incorporate feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop a new website or      enhance the existing website to improve user experience and functionality.
• Collaborate with the marketing and      communications team to understand the organization’s needs and translate      them into an effective website design.
• Ensure the website is mobile-friendly,      responsive, and optimized for all devices.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and      prototypes to visualize design concepts.
• Implement best practices in web design, including      SEO, accessibility, and usability standards.
• Maintain and update the website regularly      with new content and features.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues      related to website performance, security, and functionality.
• Provide training and documentation to      staff on website management.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Website Designer      or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your web design      projects.
• Proficiency in web design tools and      software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or other relevant      tools.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and      content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal).
• Familiarity with SEO principles and best      practices.
• Strong understanding of web design      principles, including layout, typography, and color theory.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and      attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and      collaboratively within a team.
• Strong communication skills to      effectively convey ideas and gather feedback.
